Like a boat that’s stuck in sand
so my days can be,
waiting for the tide to come in
to set the boat afree.

The tide is at its lowest
just before the turn,
O how I long for heaven
how my heart does yearn.

I groan within to be free
of this body and wicked world,
like Stephen we need to look up
as the stones are being hurled.

The depression and anxiety
the tormenting thoughts each day,
the wickedness in the world you see
and things that people say.

They’re all like stones being hurled at you
so many more there are,
It causes me to cling to my Father
and see Jesus in heaven afar.

He died that we might be forgiven
He died to set us free,
So we have a hope only through Him
that in heaven we will be.

O what a joy as we look up
and see Him seated on the right hand of the Father,
O what strength He gives each day
Like Him there is no other.

There’s no other name under heav’n given to men
by which we must be saved,
Jesus the Son of God
whose life He freely gave.

So come to Him all ye who are burdened
and broken and hurting within,
Repent of your sin and ask Jesus in
He will cleanse you and forgive all your sin.

He will love you and keep you
as you walk with Him,
when you read His word and pray
He will give you peace and joy within.

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
