O Father I do love you

You’re the joy of my heart,

You’re there every single moment

You never will depart.

You’re the anchor for my troubled soul

my peace when storms arise,

You’re my stronghold when the enemy attacks

You hear my every cry.

You hold me fast when temptations come

You give me faith to believe,

To hold on to your precious word

to stand still and watch and see.

For you are our all sufficient One

Mighty and Holy are you,

Ever present and ever reigning

so faithful and so true.

Almighty God victorious

The One who reigns on High,

But our Father who really loves us

and to you we do draw nigh.

You never will forsake us

One day when we’re in heaven
