O how I long for heaven Father

free from the burdens and cares,

Free from the sickness and body of sin

just to be with you up there.

That glorious day will come

just in the moment of time,

Absent from the body and present with you LORD

O what a joy sublime.

Anyway father I must journey on

until that final day,

Watching and praying for those who are lost

telling them,”Jesus is the only way.”

The only way to heaven

is  thru’ Jesus Christ God’s Son,

Who came to earth and died for us

and He the victory won.

O what a glorious day that will be

to worship around your throne,

To be able to kneel before you Father

and thankyou for bringing me home.
