Who will go to the lost?

This wonderful story to tell,

The story of Jesus, God’s precious Son

who died to save us from hell.

Go to those who are broken

who have no hope within,

Go to the desperate souls

who are struggling so much with sin.

Put your arms around them

show them someone cares,

Like Jesus who touched the leper

yet no one else would go near.

But we can tell them and tell them of Jesus,

the gospel they need to hear,

but when we reach out and touch them

they know that we truly care.

It’s amazing what a hug can do

when it’s someone you know who cares,

when they want to hear your burdens

and their lives they want to share.

Because our actions speak

so much louder than words,

Then people will want to listen

and take notice of what they’ve heard.
