To my Heavenly
Father.
“O how when the
storms of life do come
I come to you in prayer,
I rest my head upon your knee
for I know that you will hear.
The cries within my
heart
the distress in my soul,
I weep for so many dear people
as the billows roll.
I thankyou O my
Father
that you’re the anchor in the storm,
You are the one I cling to
as I’m feeling so tired and worn.
You are the
strength of my heart
You are my hiding place,
You are the peace within my soul
I look up to see your face.
I see such compassion
and love
I know you care so much,
I bring these precious people before
you
And pray for your loving touch.
O thankyou, thankyou
Father
for you have heard my cry,
You receive this heavy burden
and before you it does lie.”
O the joy Father, spent
before your throne
of every single hour,
when reading your precious word
and seeing your mighty,wondrous pow’r.
There’s nothing too
hard for you
You work in our lives each day,
Cleansing and healing and encouraging
so that we may walk in your ways.
The joy that we
have in our heart
Is just a taste of things to come,
When we come home to you O Father
the work is completely done.
I can’t imagine the
joy that will bring
but I dream of that wonderful day,
I know your promises are very sure
so I know that with you I will stay.
I will join with
saints who’ve gone before
In worship around your Throne,
O how I look forward to that blessed
time
When Father you bring me home.

yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

I hope in thy word.
