O the wonder of your love

that fills my heart each day,

The treasures in your word I find

as I read and come and pray.

I draw so very close to you

I nestle in your arms,

I feel your very heart beat

You shield me from all harm.

I cling to you my Father

You alone still the torment inside,

In you I want to always be

in you from the fears I hide.

O how my heart feels like bursting

there just don’t seem to be the words,

for my thankfulness of what you’ve done

and the things you’ve helped me learn.

The wonderful mercy when we have sinned

the forgiveness you give each day,

 The compassion and love you have for us

as we humbly come to you and pray.

O Father how I love you

You are so dear to me,

You are my very thought and prayer

with you I’ll always be.

There’s so many out there dying

who don’t know your love,

Please Father draw them by your Spirit

And bring them home above.

I’ve not long ‘till I finish this race

please use me Father I pray,

To lift those who are weak and needy

who need encouragement today.

I rejoice in seeing you work in peoples lives

You’re drawing them with such love,

Healing and restoring them inside

You’re bringing them home above.

We’ll all be together one day

and worship around your throne,

what more could we look forward to

than to all be coming home.
