O the joy Father that is set before us
the joy because of the cross,
We can lift our eyes heav’nward
and see the Lord, not our loss.

Our sufferings of this present time
are not worthy to be compared,
with the glory that shall be revealed in us
as to our Lord we yield.

For Jesus suffered greatly
in the garden, and on the cross,
and he did this for you and me
so as he, could remove all the dross.

Thru’ Jesus blood we’re made clean
from all the sins of the past,
He brought us to our heavenly Father
and one day we’ll be home at last.

He is crowned with glory and honour
He is worthy of all praise,
We can lift our voices in worship
To our God of endless days.

Romans 8:18
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
