O Father, hours of pain is so hard

and is so scary too,

You feel just so alone

there’s just me and you.

Thank you Father for the pills they give

to help me get thru’ the pain,

but most of all thank you that you are with me

without you it wouldn’t be the same.

You carry us thru’ the most painful times

your grace is there each hour,

Your strength is made perfect in our weakness

it’s your mighty wonderful power.

As we look to you in times of distress

you are always there,

Your Spirit gives us comfort

and you hear our every prayer.

No matter what happens to us

or wherever we are,

You know all about today and tomorrow

you’re with us every hour.

Whatever we think or however we feel

our lives belong to you,

You bought us with the price of your dear Son

and you will always see us through.

So thank you Father that you walk with us

each day that we go through,

Whatever happens you know all things

we can put our trust in you.
